• What is a Snac?
A Snac is a quick snapshot of info you care about from services like Flickr, Facebook and info like Weather, Sports, News, etc.

•  Where can I find Snac on my phone?
Finding Snac for the first time can be tricky and varies from phone to phone. Look on your phone's menu for 'Applications'. It may also be called something like 'My Content' or 'My Stuff.' The downloadable application you are looking for will be named 'Snac.' 

•  What can I do at MySnacs.com?
You can Add or Delete new Snacs to your dashboard. In addition, you can modify individual preferences (i.e. the RSS feed to your favorite blog). 

•  I just added a Snac on MySnacs.com but its not on my device. Where is it?
After adding a Snac, go to the Dashboard on your phone and select 'Sync Account' from the Menu. Once complete, you will see the new Snac on the Dashboard.

•  Wait, what's the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the main view with all of the icons on it.

•  I see the Dashboard on MySnacs.com, but its not doing anything?
The Dashboard you see on the web is a representation of what you'll see with live information on your phone.

•  What do the numbers in green circles mean?
Those numbers alert you to how much new information is in a particular Snac.

•  How often is the Snac info updated?
Refresh rates vary from Snac to Snac (between 20 mins to 24 hours). You can always refresh an individual Snac on your device by pressing * on your phone's keypad.

•  What if a Snac doesn't seem to be working?
A handful of Snacs require completing some steps on our website to work. Log in on your computer @ mysnacs.com and click on ‘My Snacs’ to see if that might be the problem.

•  I tried to install Snac, but the download failed and the SMS I have no longer works, what now?
Sorry you are having trouble. Login to your account and click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand of your screen. Click on ‘Re-download Snac’ to have an SMS sent to your phone.

From your phone, you can also manage Snac.

•  Adding a Snac on the go is simple too.
Click on the footer in the Dashboard anytime to add new Snacs.

•  Dashboard navigation tips:
Press '0' to adjust a Snac's settings.
Press '*' to refresh a particular Snac.

•  Can I move Snacs around?
Yes, press '7' to select a Snac, move it to a different position and press 'enter' to place it in its new location.
